Terms and Conditions:

• ALL Deposits are non-refundable.

• Payments cannot be transferred between ISR Instructors.

• Payment is due in full on the first day of lessons, unless lessons are cancelled via email to the instructor 10 business days prior to lessons starting. Any cancellation less than 10 days business prior to lessons starting will require full payment.

• Deposits cannot be transferred to another session.

• Credits are not given for missed lessons, unless cancelled by the instructor for weather or personal reasons. Policies

Privacy Policy

The content of this site is property of Valley ISR, LLC. .

All information will be kept confidential and only reviewed by Infant Swimming Resource staff and the ISR Instructor. The data collected by ISR is kept private and secure in accordance with HIPAA laws. We use secure sites and forms to collect all data Valley ISR will never distribute or give out any personal or medical information. At no time is ISR allowed to share that medical information with a third party, which is in accordance with HIPAA laws.
